How long have you been teaching at SVAD?

4 years assisting.

How long have you been at SVAD as a student?

I have been a student here for 12 years.

What do your responsibilities at SVAD include?

I assist multiple classes and am lead teaching hip hop classes this year! I have also been given the opportunity to choreograph for our competition team this season, so you’ll see a piece a stage on this year made by me!

What is your dance background?

I’ve attended SVAD for 12 years and have been a member of dansations for the previous 4!

What else should we know about you? Special recognition, awards, etc.

I take pride in the fact that I am a member of honors company, our highest level performance group at the studio! I also am a 2023 Hollywood Connection “Icon Title” runner up.

What do you enjoy outside of studio time?

I adore my dog, Lemon, and spending time with my friends, family, and boyfriend. I also am a member of the MVHS Cheer program!

My favorite part of my job is getting to do what I love and watch young dancers grow. I encourage the kids I teach to learn to not compare themselves to others, and the only person you’re “up against” is you-so come in, ready to work and push yourself!
